Romantic Spot in Nature
Enjoy the lovely off grid forest setting of this romantic spot in nature. Comfortable king sized bed made up bed awaits you and your loved one. Or go solo and have the bed to yourself! There’s also a couch someone can sleep on, or two small kiddos (not a sofa bed). Please bring your own camp gear. There is a hammock, six chairs, picnic table, inside table, propane fire pit, and a camp toilet inside . You have access to the common area shower porta johns and sink close by.
The Space
The Safari tent is 14 x 16‘ has a king size bed and a couch. The tent is on a deck that’s 2 feet off the ground. It’s a large campsite that can also accommodate your own personal tent as well if you’d like to expand your party. It’s only $15 per person after two people on that site. There is a water faucet at the site. The common area is pretty close that accommodates the Porta John’s and shower along with a sink that can be used for brushing your teeth and washing dishes. There’s a lot of trees that help with shade and there’s also clear areas if you’re wanting to stargaze. This tent has shade on the front deck in the afternoon, which is nice in the summer.
WiFi is available at the entry by the Chamber of Commerce information board. There is a picnic table to enjoy your time there.

Guest Access
Guest have access to the common area which has porta potties and a cold shower. In the summer, there’s also misters in the common area to help cool down. A person can lay in the hammock there and feel the mist.
Other Things to Note
A fire ban just went into affect June 2, 2025. There are to be no wood fires at this time. We do provide a nice propane fire pit on the deck that you can roast marshmallows and hotdogs. Thank you for understanding.
